Dive Sites Near Kekova

Antrum

A big cave, between 27 - 42 meters depth, 50 meters length gave it's name to this dive spot. 
This dive spot, located approximately 45 minutes from the jetty is mostly preferred for deep dives.

This spot has interesting rock formations, soft and hard corals in small size, different kind of crabs, nudibranches and any kind of fishes of Mediterranean. It's possible to see big group of fishes when you swim with current.

Blue Cave

Blue Cave is a quite big cave with many rooms and passages. It is also possible to have fresh air in one of the rooms inside the Cave.

A big cave, between 15 - 6 meters depth and around 50 meters length with two parts gave it's name to this dive spot.
.

The deep part of the cave is fully black, has narval shrimps and soft corals. The front part is fully loaded with blue light, has any kind of small fishes of Mediterranean. 

Divers without experiance are allowed to see a limited part of the cave, where as the experienced ones can also execute penetration dives.

Lighthouse

This dive spot, located approximately 25 minutes from the jetty is mostly preferred for deep, drift and night dives.

This area has three different directions with different depth limits. It is possible to meet with current on two of them. The strength of the current changes as periodical. 
Deniz Feneri'nin en önemli özelliği ise; bölgenin tamamında, çeşitli dönemlere ait, sayıyız, sağlam amfora ve çapalardır. 

This area has many kind amphoras and anchors from various archeological periods. It also presents a very rich sea-life, such as moray eels, parrotfishes, scorpionfishes, groupers, nudibranches, rays etc.

Curve port

This dive spot located, at the south side of Kekova Island, approximately 40 minutes from the jetty is mostly preferred after deep dives.

A riff is located on the sea bed of sand and sea weed, reaching a depth of 24 meters. The sea life is quite rich, such as groupers, barracudas, nudibranches, moray eels, conger eels and rays.

This area has many kind of broken amphoras and death corals in shallow water. Also this spot is very attractive for snorkeling and skin diving

Iberian Coast

A wreck (freight ship) with 72 meters length, 11 meters width which sank in February 2003 gave its name to this dive spot..

The ship splitted in 3 parts when sinking and it's parts was scattered in an area of depth between 7 to 28 meters. 

Although being a new wreck, it has relatively a rich sea life within.

The different depth levels allow both experienced and beginner level divers to taste a diving experience for a wreck ship

The Cave

This dive spot, located approximately 45 minutes from the jetty is mostly preferred for deep dives. Diving is allowed only under good weather conditions.

A reef, between 1 - 100 meters depth, gave it's name to this dive spot.

The area is suitable for experienced divers for deep diving. This area also presents rich sea life, with drifts from open seas.

This spot has two different directions on North and South sides. It's possible to see different kind of sponges, soft corals, rays, eels, lobsters, nudibranches, crabs and more at both sides of the reef.

The End

This dive spot located, at the east of Kekova Island, approximately 70 minutes from the jetty is mostly preferred after deep and cave dives.

A big cave, between 29 - 35 meters depth and around 50 meters length, gave it's name to this dive spot.

A big rock separates the cave after 25 meters from the entrance. Both of the sides has thousands of shrimps and different kind of fishes.

This spot has periodical strong current. Specially, it's possible to see big group of fishes with current in between August and October.
